Fountain Hills Roofers operates as a matching service that connects property owners with independent, third-party roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor ourselves. We do not perform roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspections, storm damage repair, or other roofing work. We do not employ, supervise, or direct any contractor. Our service is limited to facilitating introductions between property owners seeking roofing services and contractors who may be able to provide those services.
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
Fountain Hills Roofers does not guarantee the quality, reliability, pricing, availability, licensing status, insurance coverage, compliance, or timeliness of any work performed by contractors matched through our service. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials and evaluating whether a contractor is appropriate for your project. Any contractual relationship for roofing work is solely between the property owner and the contractor. Fountain Hills Roofers is not a party to any such contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fountain Hills Roofers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our matching service or any work performed by a matched contractor. This includes, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, financial loss, delay, incomplete work, defective work, or other damages resulting from contractor acts, omissions, negligence, breach of contract, or other conduct.
5. User Responsibilities
Users of the Fountain Hills Roofers service agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting project requests. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any contractor we match you with, including verifying licensing, insurance, references, experience, permits, warranties, pricing, scope of work, and contract terms. You are responsible for all interactions, decisions, and agreements with contractors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fountain Hills Roofers website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fountain Hills Roofers or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.
